All is Well began in 2019 with CPR and First Aid training. As demand for healthcare professionals grew, it grew too — into a state-licensed career academy built on one belief: quality healthcare education should be short, affordable, and hands-on.
With more than 20 years in healthcare, Charmaine knows firsthand what it takes to build a meaningful career in caring for others. Her journey began in Louisiana as a CNA while she was still in high school. She continued her education — LPN/LVN, RN, BSN, and a Master of Science in Nursing Education in 2025 — working across healthcare settings and serving in leadership and management roles along the way.
Today she brings that experience into the classroom as a Certified Case Manager, Certified Wound Care Nurse, and American Heart Association and American Red Cross instructor. Her mission is simple: help you gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to take the next step in your healthcare career.
Drag through the story so far.
Founded as All is Well Healthcare Solutions, providing mobile CPR and First Aid training across DFW — by a nurse who started her own career as a CNA.
As demand for healthcare professionals surged, All is Well expanded into healthcare career education — becoming All is Well Healthcare Academy.
TWC Certificate of Approval (school #S5918) and NATCEP approval from Texas Health & Human Services — a real career school, held to state standards.
Approved as a Prometric regional CNA testing site and an NHA national testing center — students certify in the building where they learned.
A newly expanded facility — more classrooms, skills-training areas, testing rooms and student learning space, with room to grow.
To train, educate, and inspire compassionate healthcare professionals by providing accessible, practical, hands-on healthcare education that prepares students for certification, employment, and continued career advancement.
To become a leading healthcare education and workforce development organization that connects education, certification, employment, workforce development, and eventually direct healthcare services.
A roof over three figures, cradled in two open hands — that is the whole mission in one shape. Every certificate we hand a graduate puts one more trained, compassionate professional under someone's roof.
Behind the classroom is an operating system: every student's journey moves through ten defined stages, and every stage has exactly one role that owns it. Roles, never names — so the chart survives the team changing, and nothing depends on any one person's memory.

Our Little Elm facility has expanded classrooms, skills-training areas, testing rooms and student learning space — come take a look before you enroll.
