Everything a current or prospective student needs — admissions help, on-campus testing, and every policy — on a page that answers instead of redirecting.
Enrollment agreement, required documents, payment plans and financial assistance — all handled in your secure student portal, with a real person a phone call away.
Open the student portal →Prometric CNA exams and NHA national certification exams are administered right here — you test in the same rooms you trained in.
Ask about test dates →Certification guidance and employer connections across DFW clinics, labs, home health and long-term care — because the goal was never just a certificate.
Talk to us →The documents every student should be able to find — no hunting, no dead links.
Step 1 — Talk to us first. Raise your concern with your instructor or the Program Director. Most issues are resolved at this stage, and our full complaint policy is set out in the school catalog and your enrollment agreement.
Step 2 — If we cannot resolve it, contact the state. All is Well Health Care Academy is licensed by the Texas Workforce Commission (career school #S5918). If your complaint is not resolved here, or you would rather not use our internal process, you may file directly with TWC using its Student Complaint Form (CSC-401a):

Nurse aide (CNA) programs. Complaints specific to nurse aide training, competency testing or the Nurse Aide Registry are handled by Texas Health and Human Services at (512) 438-5800.
Filing a complaint will never affect your standing in your program. We do not retaliate against any student who raises a concern.
Either way, the next move is one message.
