Talk to us

Policies, in plain language.

The documents every student should be able to find — no hunting, no dead links.

Cancellation & refund policy+
Cancel your enrollment contract within 72 hours of signing and you receive a full refund (excluding weekends and holidays). Cancel within your first three scheduled class days and a full refund still applies, with a possible retention of up to $100 for administrative fees. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
Transfer of credit hours+
Transfer requirements are set by the receiving institution — review their guidelines and consult an academic advisor. All is Well Healthcare Academy does not have agreements with other institutions, and hours from our nurse aide training program may not be eligible for transfer.
Student complaint procedure+

Step 1 — Talk to us first. Raise your concern with your instructor or the Program Director. Most issues are resolved at this stage, and our full complaint policy is set out in the school catalog and your enrollment agreement.

Step 2 — If we cannot resolve it, contact the state. All is Well Health Care Academy is licensed by the Texas Workforce Commission (career school #S5918). If your complaint is not resolved here, or you would rather not use our internal process, you may file directly with TWC using its Student Complaint Form (CSC-401a):

Nurse aide (CNA) programs. Complaints specific to nurse aide training, competency testing or the Nurse Aide Registry are handled by Texas Health and Human Services at (512) 438-5800.

Filing a complaint will never affect your standing in your program. We do not retaliate against any student who raises a concern.

Attendance & clock hours+
Programs are built on state-required training hours, so attendance is tracked class by class. Your enrollment agreement lists the requirements for your specific program — and staff will work with you if life happens.
