Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information All is Well Health Care Academy ("we", "the Academy") collects through alliswellhca.com and our student portal, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you request information, apply, or enroll: your name, email address, phone number, city and state, the program you are interested in, and anything you type into a message field.
- Enrollment and payment records. When you register for a class, your registration, class dates, tuition and payment history are kept in our student records system. Card and bank details are handled by our payment processors and are never stored on our website or portal.
- Course records. For enrolled students: attendance, skills check-offs, clinical placements and certification status.
- Website usage. Basic, non-identifying visit information (pages viewed, device type) used to keep the site working and improve it. We do not sell this information.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry and tell you about programs, start dates and tuition you asked about.
- To enroll you, schedule your classes, record your progress and issue certificates.
- To send class reminders, schedule changes, sign-in links for the student portal and other messages about your enrollment.
- To meet our obligations as a Texas Workforce Commission licensed career school (Certificate of Approval #S5918).
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your mobile phone number or your text-message consent with third parties for their own marketing. Consent to receive text messages is never sold, rented or shared.
- We do not store Social Security numbers or copies of identity documents on our website or student portal.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run the Academy — our enrollment and payment platform, our database host, our email and text-message providers, and testing bodies (for example Prometric or NHA) when you register for an exam. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Student records are kept for as long as Texas Workforce Commission rules require career schools to keep them.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing info@alliswellhca.com or calling (940) 440-2923.
- Opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP (see the Text Message Policy below).
- Opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link in any such email.
Security
Student records are protected by sign-in and by database rules that let a student see only their own record. Staff access is limited to named staff accounts.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
Text Message (SMS) Policy
Program name: All is Well Health Care Academy notifications
Message types: replies to your inquiry, admissions follow-up, class reminders and schedule changes, student portal sign-in links, and payment reminders.
Frequency: message frequency varies with your enrollment; typically a few messages per week during a class and fewer at other times.
Cost: message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
How you opt in
You agree to receive text messages from us when you provide your mobile number and tick the consent box on our inquiry, application or enrollment form, or when you text us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase or enrollment.
How you opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. You can opt back in at any time by replying START or by giving your number again on one of our forms.

Privacy
Your mobile number and your consent to receive texts are used only for the messages described above. They are not sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See the Privacy Policy above.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include the major US carriers; delivery depends on your carrier and device.
Terms of Use
- alliswellhca.com is operated by All is Well Health Care Solutions, LLC. By using the site you agree to these terms.
- Program descriptions, start dates and tuition on this site are provided for information. Your enrollment agreement is the binding document for tuition, refunds, attendance and completion requirements.
- Enrollment, registration and deposits are completed on our enrollment platform (healthcareenroll.io). That platform's terms apply to transactions made there.
- The content, photographs and branding on this site belong to All is Well Health Care Solutions, LLC or are used with permission. Do not copy them without written consent.
- The student portal is for enrolled students and authorised staff. Do not share your sign-in link with anyone.
- We may update this site and these terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the current version.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Student Information
All is Well Health Care Academy is licensed by the Texas Workforce Commission, Career Schools and Colleges (Certificate of Approval #S5918). Tuition, refund, attendance, conduct and grievance policies are set out in the school catalog and your enrollment agreement, which you receive before you enroll.
